Magazine portrait of Jersey Mike's founder Peter Cancro

The editors at Restaurant Business magazine asked me to photograph Peter Crancro, the founder of Jersey Mike’s subs. Since my family is a huge fan of their subs I jumped at the opportunity.

Peter was wonderful plus he made me a sandwich to take home. A Jersey Mike’s sub made by the restaurant chain’s founder, not a bad extra benefit. You can read the full story here.
